New song....

So for my birthday Jer got me a two DVD set with Uptown Girls and Never Been Kissed. One night I was watching Uptown Girls...of course Jer was already passed out :)...but at the end there was a song that really hit me. It's not a new one, obviously because Uptown Girls isn't new, but I put it on our blog because it's totally what I've been struggling with ever since Maya was born. The name is Time by Chantal Kreviazuk.

Thanks Daddy, Maya and Winnie for such a wonderful birthday! On Dec 19th Jer took me to go see a play at Desert Star Playhouse. It was awesome! When we got there Jer had some tulips and a balloon delivered for my pre-birthday present! :)

Merry Christmas from Our Family to Yours...

Many Changes...

This week was quite the eventful week. I've been having a really rough time because there have been so many changes with Maya. We went to the Dr on 12/4 and she said that it was okay to start feeding her rice cereal....she wasn't a big fan of that one. :) Then on Sunday I decided it was time to take all of her clean clothes out of her crib and finally put away all her newborn stuff as well as her 0-3 month clothes. If that wasn't hard enough we put her in her crib for the first time. She didn't seem to have any problems though. Monday the 8th we went and got her ears pierced. Then she started holding her own bottle as well as started rolling over. Crazy how it all happened in one week!
